Newly-retired business owners launch new venture — The Ole Print Shop
EDWARDSVILLE — After spending 28 years running a small business, Brenda “BJ” Schrage decided it was time to sell her business and retire.
After six years of retirement, though, Schrage knew she still needed something to occupy her time. She has now joined forces with her former employees to open a new business, The Ole Print Shop, located at 1415 Troy Road in Edwardsville. Schrage initially started a silkscreen/embroidery business in 1984 in her basement, with help along the way from her employees.
